1. Legal Age Requirement
You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase any vaping products, including disposable vapes, e-liquids, hardware, or accessories from our store.

2. In-Store Verification (North York)

The "Under 25" Rule: Our staff is legally required to request a valid government-issued photo ID from anyone who appears to be under the age of 25.

Acceptable Identification: We only accept original, non-expired, government-issued photo ID that includes a date of birth (e.g., Ontario Driver’s License, Passport, Ontario Photo Card, or Canadian Citizenship Card).

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse a sale if valid ID is not provided or if we suspect a "third-party" purchase is being made for a minor.
3. Online & Delivery Verification
To remain compliant with federal delivery standards, all orders placed on vapediscounts.ca are subject to a multi-step verification process:

Checkout Verification: We use industry-standard age-gating and may use third-party age verification services to confirm your details.

Delivery Handoff: Our 30-minute local delivery drivers are required by law to verify the ID of the person receiving the package.

Signature Required: Packages containing vaping products cannot be "left at the door." If a person of legal age with a valid ID is not present, the delivery will be returned to our shop or held for pickup.
4. Penalties for Falsification
Providing false information to bypass age restrictions or presenting fraudulent identification is a violation of provincial law. Under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, individuals caught using fake ID or purchasing for minors may be subject to significant fines.
5. Our Commitment
We strictly adhere to the 20mg/mL nicotine cap and all CRC (Child-Resistant Certified) packaging requirements to ensure the safety of our community.
