What is the difference between Salt Nic and Freebase e-liquid?

Salt Nic (like STLTH or Lemon Drop Salts) provides a smoother throat hit at higher nicotine levels, making it perfect for pod systems like the Caliburn G5. Freebase e-liquid (like Iced Up 60mL) typically has a stronger "throat hit" and is often used by those looking for lower nicotine concentrations with more cloud production.

What counts as a valid ID for delivery or pickup?

We strictly follow the Smoke-Free Ontario Act. You must present a physical, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, or Ontario Photo Card). We cannot accept photos of IDs or expired documents. No ID = No Delivery.

Why is there an "Excise Tax" on my juice and disposables?

As of 2026, all vaping products sold in Canada include a federal (and in some provinces, provincial) vaping excise stamp. This tax is already included in our displayed prices to keep things simple for you at checkout.

Why does my disposable vape taste burnt after charging?

High-puff disposables use sensitive mesh coils. If you vape immediately after unplugging from a "fast charger," the coil may still be too hot. We recommend waiting 2–3 minutes after charging before taking a puff to let the e-liquid re-settle and protect the coil.
